Ready for a litte fun? Check out the Beer Garden Free Stage Area for the First Annual Bean Bag Tournament starting at 7:00p.m. sponsored by the Jackson American Legion and Auxilary. Check back for registration information.

Tuesday

Creative Spirits of Okoboji will be at the Beer Garden Free Stage Area offering their unique 'paint, sip, create' experience to the County Fair! They will be offering step by step instructions for painting a creation unique to the 2013 Jackson County Fair. Check back for registration information. There will be a charge for this event, but you will be furnished with canvas, brushes, and paint.

Adult Bingo will follow the Creative Spirits 'Paint, Sip, Create' session at the Beer Garden sponsored by the Jackson Lions Club!

Wednesday

Sean Benz and his complete band will be performing on the Beer Garden Free Stage beginning at 8:00p.m. If you are into Classic Country and Early Rock and Roll music, make sure you stop by and listen to music from Johnny Cash, Roger Miller, Buck Owens, Hank Williams, Elvis, Bonny Vee, Bobby Vinton and others! Sponsored by Bridget's BuckSnorts Brew HaHa.

Thursday

The Jackson Chamber of Commerce will be holding their Business After 5 at the Beer Garden at the Jackson County Fair from 5 to 7 p.m! If you are a Jackson Chamber Member or would like to become one, stop in and get acquainted!

Lakefield native, Jim Wuerffel will be entertaining with his acoustic guitar beginning at about 6:30 p.m. from the Free Stage.

Jackson's own, the Nectarines will be featured later in the evening on the Beer Garden Free Stage, following the opening act of JJRu (Jim Wuerffel, Jeremy Dewall and Rudy Lusk)!

Friday

Jimmy Jack Whitaker,an award-winning songwriter and artist from Hendersonville, Tennessee will be performing on Friday at the Free Stage at 2:00 p.m. and 5:00p.m. Though he has opened or performed with major artists such

as Charlie Daniels and Willie Nelson, his first love is songwriting. He plays all genres of music and is known in many music circles for his acoustic guitar work. He travels throughout the U.S. all year and does show dates in virtually every state in the union. Come to the Free Stage area and enjoy!
